An almighty waterproofing spray with UV protection, also recommended for waterproof breathable materials. The fluorocarbon resin that penetrates the material provides a waterproofing effect. It prevents water and dirt penetration, maintaining the original beautiful texture of the leather without compromising its flexibility or breathability.
How to Use
Remove dust and dirt from the surface of the target material/product with a cloth or brush. Shake the container well, hold the nozzle horizontally, and spray twice from about 20cm away until the surface is lightly damp (approx. 4 seconds per 30cm square). For smooth leather, wipe with a polishing cloth after drying. For napped leather and textiles, brush after drying. It is more effective to use the product when it is new.
When using on large areas such as bags or apparel, spray in a Z-pattern to ensure even coverage.
Also recommended for leathers that tend to change in texture, such as new vegetable-tanned leather.
Can also be used on patent leather (enamel leather).
If you do not want a glossy finish, do not wipe with a cloth after spraying or finish by lightly brushing.
After spraying, it dries in approximately 10 minutes. Do not touch until completely dry.
Precautions
Cannot be used on materials/products other than those specified.
Stains or discoloration may occur on some special materials. Test on an inconspicuous area beforehand.
Do not use on damp leather (excluding Clean & Care, Shampoo Direct).
Some product manufacturers may not recommend the use of care products.
Collagen waterproofing spray should be used outdoors, holding it horizontally to the object.
Even if used horizontally, spray liquid may adhere to the floor depending on the amount used.
Spray liquid adhering to the floor may form a film on the floor surface when dry, which could cause it to become extremely slippery.
Avoid using in high-traffic areas such as common corridors in apartment buildings as much as possible.
Alternatively, during use, cover the surrounding floor with newspaper or similar, and if spray liquid adheres to the floor, wipe it off immediately after use (before the spray liquid dries).
Always use outdoors. Inhalation is harmful.
Do not use with the container tilted. This may cause dripping.
Do not use from a very close distance. This may cause stains or alteration.
